Gorky popup.description2 The research is based on the results of the investigation and endosurgical treatment of 1131 patients. The risk factors causing complications have been established and classified together with the determination of risk degree of some particular complications. Complex of measures has been worked out to reduce and prevent appearance of complications. The elements of the complex preventive measures are: optimization of indications and surgical intervention terms, drug preparation, intervention performance method, postoperative measures. There are provided algorithms for holding typical and atypical papillotomy, endosurgeon's actions in case of parapapillary diverticulum's and algorithms for treatment of complications. Application of the prevention complex has brought to reduction of the specific complications caused by transpapillary intervention from 7,8% to 2,8% and lethality - from 1,3 % to 0,3 %.
