It includes the complex of therapeutic treatment program and new ways of surgical and local treatment of complicated forms of the diabetic foot. They are based on the using of improved laser techniques, plastic with skin autografts (which includes whole skin with hypodermis), fibrin-collagen substances,arly autodermoplastic with dermal equivalent. The efficacy of new strategy has been confirmed by clinical-morphological examination of wound healing process (confirmed by 6 patents in Ukraine).
