The aim is to develop the ways of improving the efficiency of the health care's management with the use of telemedicine. The methods of research are sociological, statistical, methods of computing the material, standard statistical computer programs. Results and novelty - for the first time the expediency is substantiated and economical and social efficiency of the use of program technologies and telemedicine in the health care's management was determined. The efficiency of management work was managed to increase in 17 per cent. The results of research can be introduced in the work of management apparatus of medical establishments, used in post-graduate training of organizers of health care. It's panning to develop methodical recommendations with regard to the use of information technologies and telemedicinein the health care's management in order to optimize the process of management.
