Criteria of diagnostics of neoplasms of a larynx are offered on the basis of application of the data of a helicoid computer tomography and ultrasonic research of a larynx with their subsequent use in information technology. Criteria of a choice of optimum surgical tactics are determined at treatment of patients by a cancer of a larynx with use of information technology (medical expert system). The received new data have deepened representations about opportunities of use of information technologies in in a choice of optimum medical tactics at a cancer of a larynx that will allow to increase oncologic efficacyy and functional results of treatment of patients with a cancer of a larynx, to increase quality of life of oncologic patients.
