The study of therapeutic pathomorphism in patients with oral cavity cancer depending on preoperative treatment method demonstrated, that the application of inductive polychemotherapy and radiotherapy has high antitumor efficacy. Regarding the group of patients, who received radiotherapy alone, the content of residual viable parenchyma reduced in 2,4 times, the quantity of pathologic mitosis increased in about 3 times, and the quantity of apoptosis cells raised in 4 times. The application preparations of taxan group in inductive polychemotherapy scheme raised the quantity of cases of complete regression for 22,8% .
