Object: The improvement of treatment results in children with refractory solid malignant neoplasm by working out of the complex treatment intensified programs taking into account prognostic factors of resistance development. Methods: Clinical, ultrasonographic, statistical, flow cytometry. Apparatus: FACScan, ATL HDI-5000, РУМ-20. Results: High-dose polychemotherapy allows to achieve remissions in 22,2 % children with soft tissue sarcoma and in 11,7 % patients with resistant osteogenic sarcoma. Positive effect of polychemotherapy was registered in 5 of 7 patients with neuroblastoma; in 3 of 5 and in 4 of 6 children with resistant nephroblastoma and Ewing’s sarcoma accordingly. Hemopoiesis stem cell support reduces the possibility of complications at myelosuppression. The presence of a aneuploid clone is associated with primary resistance at neuroblastoma.
