It is shown that anti-tumor specific transfer factor (TF) is the preparation obtained from spleen prior to the active tumor growth in it. In administration of it during the early period of tumor growth it is capable to induce the development of the productive immune response resulting in suppression of tumor growth and inhibition of metastatic spread.
