Objective of the study – to perform the retrospective analysis of the efficacy treatment for refractory forms of ML; to define criteria of refractoriness. Methods of the study – clinical, statistical. In patients with Hodgkin's lymphoma (HL) refractory forms occur in 4,6% cases, with non-Hodgkin's lymphomas (NHL)– in 12,1%. Criteria of refractoriness: vast involve-ment of mediastinum and spleen, lymph nodes over 5 cm, extranodal involvement; mixed-cell variant and lymphoid depletion of HL, leukemization of bone marrow in NHL, middle age, symptoms intoxication, increase of ESR over 50 mm/h at substage A or 30 mm/h at substage B. The patients with refractory forms of ML die during first year due to the progression (30%), or relapses (70%). In radiotherapy in all patients with refractory forms of NHL the disease progression. Concomitant diseases in 50% the middle-aged patients with NHL doesn't allow per-forming effectivetreatment at a full extent and decreases the results.
