The report was produced with application of modern clinical and laboratorial research methods (immuneenzymatic, polymerase chain reaction), informative, represented data was statistically processed.The examination of pregnant women, infected with genital transmissible patogens, was conducted by means of thorough anamnesis collection, uretus cervix examination in speculums, obstetric examination, ultrasonography, determination of genital transmissible pathogens antigens in cervical discharges by immune-enzymatic method and polymerase chain reaction method, determination of antibodies titres by means of immune-enzymatic method and bacteriological examination of vaginal contents. Results of scientific research work: - it was determined that the occurrence of GTP infection at pregnant women depends on obstetric-gynecological anamnesis, fact of pregnancy planning; - the occurrence of GTP determination does not depend on pregnancy term; - is observed mainly in the form of mixtd infection; - the structure of reasons for women's reproduction function derangement due to GTP infection was studied; - the ways of fetoplacenntal complex GTP infection were specified; - the peculiarities of morpho-functional derangements of fetoplacental complex were specified at different infections by GTP in regards of gestational process period; - the factors of risk of perinatal fetus infection development due to GTP snfection of pregnant women were determined; - the analysis of variability of heart rhythm was conducted for pregnant women with normal pregnancy passing fnd those with light concomitant pathological states; - the criteria for perinatal risk prognostication and determination for GTP infected pregnant women were suggested; - differentiated algorithms of examination and course of pregnance with GTP infection suspicion with GTP infection were eladorated.
