At that high demands of reliability of equipment operation in the wide range of ambient temperature. Nearly all energy absorbed by equipment is generated inside of instrument boxes in the form of heat, which without special cooling methods decreases reliability of operation of electronic systems. It seems impossible to reject such heat power by traditional air cooling systems. For increase of efficiency of cooling of these devices it was proposed to use in the basic load-carrying construction the system of heat pipes, by means of which to reject heat to water pumpable in voids of sidewalls of instrument boxes. It was fabricated two prototypes of cooling systems of imitator of instrument box with heat pipes for comparison of mathematical modeling with experimental research.
