Soil and vegetation samples were taken in the Exclusion zone of Chernobyl NPP on the control points M-6, M-17, M-19 and M-75. Cs-137 and its mobile species contents were experimentally determined in the selected samples of soils. Sod-podzol soil from the control point M-17 was marked out among the selected soil samples. It is characterized by the substantially higher Cs-137 mobile species content (32.7%) that can be explained by the moistening mode, or by the effect of grass vegetation on the Cs-137 speciation in soil. Constants of the rates of Cs-137 immobilization (k2) and remobilization (k3) in the soils under consideration were determined by equation of kinetic model of transformation on the basis of the experimental data got during research and in previous years. The model experiment on study of kinetics of Cs-137 unexchange sorption by sod-podzol soil was performed, the constant of rates of Cs-137 unexchange sorption was calculated, which is equal to 0.017 days-1, or 2.0·10-7 sec-1.
