Methods of research - chemical, petrographic, roentgenophase analyses, determination procedure of fluidity of raw materials and powders for insulating coatings applications from zirconia, stabilized by Y2O3 and CaO. The powders test series of 500-400 and 400-315 mkm fractions from zirconia, stabilized by Y2O3 of ca. 10%, was produced and transferred for test to LLC "Compositional systems" for refractory coatings application.On the test production of OJSC "The Ukrainian research institute of refractories named after A. S. Berezhnoy" the powders production technology for plasma spraying of high fluidity from zirconia, stabilized by CaO, was introduced. The testseries of high fluidity powders from zirconia, stabilized by CaO, were produced, which satisfied the requirements of ТУ У 26.2-00190503-256-2004, the grades of ПЦПК-100, ПЦПК-63 through their properties factors and were transferred to the customers for insulating coatings application on metallic details of various machines and mechanisms. To continue the work towards further technology improvement of powders application for plasma spraying; technology mastering of powders production for refractory coatings from zirconia, stabilized by Y2O3; and introduction volumes enlargement of customers.
