Methods of research - determination of chemistry and phase composition, physicoceramic properties factors of ZrO2 refractories, stabilized by Y2O3 of ca. 10%.As a result of the work, done in OJSC "The Ukrainian research institute of refractories named after A. S. Berezhnoy", the technology was mastered and the test batch of refractory products, with the improved properties factors from zirconia, stabilized by Y2O3 of ca. 10% (ЦИС-1Т grade), was discharged. Produced products were characterized by high properties factors and were brought up for export to one of the consumers for carrying out industrial tests in monocrystals growing systems. According to the results of the performed work, ТУ У regulating properties factors of products from ZrO2, stabilized by Y2O3, were developed and confirmed. In OJSC "The Ukrainian research institute of refractories named after A. S. Berezhnoy" according to ТИ, the test batch of refractory products from zirconia, stabilized by Y2O3 of ca. 10%, in the form of the cover of 3 positions, the disk with clutch of 1 position and the sector with clutch of 1 position, characterized by high properties factors and corresponding to demands of ТУ У 26.2-00190503-279:2005 (ЦИС-2 grade) was discharged. ЦИС-2 grade products were delivered to consumers to foreign and domestic market for application in monocrystals growing systems. To continue the work in OJSC "The Ukrainian research institute of refractories named after A. S. Berezhnoy" towards production volumes enlargement of ЦИС-1Т grade refractory products, as well as their introduction volumes in monocrystals growing systems.
