The purpose of the work - technology improvement of corundum and chamotte concrete mixes production, containing not less than 3 mass % of СаО. Methods of researches - physical-chemical, petrographic, electron microscopic, physicomechanical and thermomechanical. The influence of plasticizer additives ("Комплекспласт", "ПЛКП-C" and "C-3") on properties of corundum (of СКпл-50-94 and СКпл-60-94 grades) and chamotte (of СШБ grade) concrete mixes is investigated. The expediency of "С-3" supersoftener application in amount of 0,55 mass % of cement weight in corundum (СКпл-50-94) and chamotte (СШБ) concrete mixes composition, containing 15-20 mass % of high-alumina cement of ВГЦ-73 grade, is established and in chamotte concrete mix, including the cement application of lowest grades - ВГЦШ-60 and HZ 50-1. The addition of "C-3" supersoftener in concrete mixes composition allows: to reduce concrete mixes water consumption by 1,5-2,5 %; to increase samples compression strength, produced from corundum concrete, by 1,4-2,3 times, and from chamotte concrete - by 1,2-1,5 times; to reduce open porosity of samples, produced from them, by 1,5-2,5 %, that will finally improve service characteristics of lining, realized with application of indicated concrete. The application ability in composition of corundum concrete mix of СКпл-60-94 grade and chamotte concrete mix of СШБ grade, used for refractory products production, of less scarce "C-3" plasticizing addition alongside with traditionally applicable plasticizing addition of sodium tripolyphosphate (Nа5Р3О10) is established. The influence of smaller amount of "C-3" plasticizing addition - 0,11 mass % (0,55 mass % of cement weight) in corundum concrete mix composition is approximately similar to the influence of traditionally applicable plasticizing addition of sodium tripolyphosphate (Nа5Р3О10), used in amount of 0,3 mass %. Berezhnoy", test batches of concrete mixes and products based on them were delivered and transferred to customers.
