Head Babkina L., Registration Date 09-02-2006 Organization The open joint stock company " The Ukrainian research institute of refractories named A.S.Berezhnoy" popup.description2 The subject of investigation - lowcement vibratory aluminaspinel and corundum self-flowing concrete mixes. The purpose of the work is the production technology reprocessing of lowcement vibratory aluminaspinel and corundum self-flowing concrete mixes. Methods of researches are physical-chemical, petrographic, and thermomechanical. The influence of magnesium containing materials additions (CTC-55 reactive spinel and E-SY Pump 2000 alumina) on the lowcement aluminaspinel concrete mix was investigated. On the basis of the research results, taking into account high mechanical strength and slag resistance, improved concrete mix composition of СГШНЦОБ grade with reactive aluminamagnesia spinel addition was suggested for further application. Comparative researches of substrates wetting from corundum and aluminaspinel concrete mixes by slag melt were performed. Taking into account the established lower degree of substrates wetting from corundum and aluminaspinel concrete mixes by slag melt, the application necessity of its use for heat aggregates lining, affected by slag-metallic melts, was confirmed. Comparative researches of pore size distribution in samples from lowcement concrete mixes of aluminaspinel and corundum compositions (with cement ВГЦ-73 and СА-270) either with or without organic fiber of different types either before or after low-temperature treatment were fulfilled. On the basis of the obtained results, more optimal types of hydraulic binding (СА-270) and organic fiber, providing maximum linings penetration and permitting to optimize the operating regime of linings drying-heating, excluding the chipping opportunity, were determined. The production technology of lowcement aluminaspinel concrete mix with reactive aluminamagnesia spinel addition of CTC-55 grade was developed, on the composition of which the application for the estimated invention was given. With the purpose of production technology improvement of lowcement corundum self-flowing concrete mix, the investigations of corundum influence ofdifferent manufacturers and E-SY Pump 2000 alumina on the concrete mix properties, including its flowability, were fulfilled. As a consequence of the results, the production opportunity of lowcement corundum self-flowing concrete mix with the use, as a filler and except tabular alumina of the firm "Almatis", of electrofused corundum, characterized by open porosity from 5,4 up to 8,6 % and water absorption from 1,5 to 2,4 %, was determined. Introduction of E-SY Pump 2000 alumina addition into the lowcement corundum self-flowing concrete mix composition also provides some increase of high-temperature strength, though for all that the concrete mix prime cost slightly increases. In accordance with normative documentation demands, on the test production of OJSC "The Ukrainian research institute of refractories named after A.S. Berezhnoy" the production of lowcement corundum self-flowing concrete mix of СМКНЦБС grade was mastered. To continue the work towards production mastering and application of ГШНЦОБ lowcement concrete mix, with the reactive spinel addition, and further improvement of aluminaspinel mixes, including the domestic cement use.
