The influence of E-SY Pump 2000 reactive alumina addition and alumomagnesian spinel type on lowcement aluminaspinel gunite properties of СГШНЦОБТ-1 grade is investigated. It is shown, that the use of 12 % E-SY Pump 2000 alumina in the indicated concrete composition improves its effusion (facilitating the gunite transportability along the material hose in the guniting process), and increases the gunite thermal stability (by 10% ca), as well as decreases its slag impregnation (by 20% ca). The possibility of fused alumomagnesian spinel use in amount of 12% in the lowcement aluminaspinel gunite composition is arranged, that allows to enlarge the raw materials base for gunite production of СГШНЦОБТ-1 grade. The production technology of lowcement aluminaspinel gunite of СГШНЦОБТ-2 grade, containing kaolinite fire clay, is developed. The indicated gunite is recommended for industrial tests conduction during hot and cold patching of local wear places of tundish ladles linings. In the conditions of OJSC "The Ukrainian research institute of refractories named after A. S. Berezhnoy", the test batch of lowcement aluminaspinel gunite of СГШНЦОБТ-1 grade is produced, that successfully passed the industrial tests at OJSC "Dnepr special steel" during hot patching performance of local wear places of steel ladles brick lining. To continue the work towards further production technology improvement of lowcement aluminaspinel concrete mixes for guniting as well as the enlargement of their application.
