The optimal mix composition, containing 43% of chalk, 20% of gypsum 37% silica sand, was determined. It is shown, that in order to produce silicatecalcium samples of optimal composition, it is possible to use silica sand with specific surface 4500 sm2/g.The formation parameters influence on masses and silicatecalcium samples properties from optimal mix was investigated. It is established, that in order to form silicatecalcium samples by means of casting slip it is recommended to use the slip with humidity 35%.The influenceof type and amount of foaming additives "Пеностром" and "Hostapur" on properties of masses and samples of optimal composition was studied. The optimal amount of foaming additives "Пеностром" and "Hostapur" - 0,04 and 0,03% respectively, was determined, which provides low apparent density of samples - 0,54 and 0,59 g/sm3 respectively and crushing strength - 1,2 and 1,3 MPa respectively. As the result of the work, the basic technical parameters of silicatecalcium lightweight products receipt were determined. Silicatecalcium lightweight samples, based on chalk, gypsum and silica sand with apparent density - 0,78 g/sm3, crushing strength 2,5 MPa and thermal conductivity - 0,23 Wt/m k at average temperature 600±25°C were obtained.
