Survivors of the ChNPP accident (emergency workers of 1986-1989 period, evacuees, dwellers of contaminated territories) having insulinresistance, leptinresistance syndromes, osteopenia, and body mass changes, aged 14-45 at the time of accident (60 persons), and their children born in 1987-1993 (30 persons); 90 persons in total. Study objective. Evaluation of regularities of clinical/metabolic disorders genesis in insulinresistance, leptinresistance syndromes, and osteopenia depending on body mass and state of calcium/phosphorus metabolism in ChNPP accident survivors and their children. Methods. Routine clinical, laboratory, instrumental, anthropomorphic measurements, biochemical, hormonal, densitometry, ultrasonography, rheovasography, mathematical ones. Within year two of the RP the clinical/metabolic patterns of insulinresistance, leptinresistance syndromes, and osteopenia were studied in 60 adults and 30 children having body mass abnormalities being the survivors of ChNPP accident. Links between body mass changes and calcium/phosphorus mineral metabolism abnormalities were evaluated with studying the regularities of those clinical/metabolic disorders development. Obesity in adults and their children is featured with hyperleptinemia and hyperinsulinemia followed by dyslipidemia and hypertriglyceridemia. Disorders of lipid metabolism in adults are accompanied by the blood pressure and glycemia increase both with that of HOMA index.
