Purpose of work: to conduct the screening of the Kiev regio population, which lives on territories with high levels to the radon-222 in air, contaminated territories and the clean-up workers of Ch NPP accident. Methods: clinical, functional, endoscopy, pulmonology screening. On results of pulmonology screening the inhabitants of dangerous because of radon districts of the Kiev area, the clean-up workers of Chernobyl Catastrophe consequences, inhabitants of the contaminated territories the structure of bronhopulmonary pathology of the given contingent of persons is studied. The complex investigation of COPD patients clean-up workers of ChNPP accident (n=40), inhabitants of dangerous because of radon districts of the Kiev, inhabitants of the contaminated territories (n=35), patients (control group), which did not undergo inhalation influence of radiation factor (n=20) is conducted in the hospital. The investigation included description clinical, laboratory, functional and instrumental. It is set, that the COPD are the dominant nosology form of chronic bronchopulmonary pathology.
