The purpose of work: to explore features of granting of medical service for the population of researched and control groups; to lead a comparative estimation of social and mental components of health of the moved population and the population, which lives on it is radioactive polluted territories. Methods of research: sociological, psychodiagnostical, mathematical, statistical: SPSS 8.0, ЕХСЕL 7.0. It is established: that the condition of medical maintenance in researched areas testifies to significant fluctuations of parameters which characterize granting medical service. Sufficiency parameters of the staff of medical workers, levels of hospitalization, use bed fund essentially differ. There are some main reasons among others defining negative attitude of the suffered population to health services shortage of necessary experts in local hospitals and troubles for purchasing of medicines because of absence of means. The greatest complaints in work of medical institutions are caused with unsatisfactory maintenance with medicines and bad maintenance or absence of the diagnostic equipment in general. Results lead Researches testify to a low level of sufficiency of the basic life activity spheres (social safety, recreative-cultural). The basic feature of a social component of Health are the lower level of social component of health at the moved population in comparison with the population it is radioactive polluted and conditionally clean territories. The leading part and the contribution to formation of the general parameter of health of the population belongs to a psycho-emotional component which characterizes a condition of anxiety and nervous intensity. Relationships of cause and effect between a physical state of health, a mental state of health and action of social factors aredefined (certain).
