The subjects of the study were organizations of Ukraine carrying out individual dosimetric and radiation-hygienic monitoring of the personnel and inhabitants. The main goal was to elaborate scientific grounds for establishment of the united national dosimetric monitoring system in Ukraine. Methods: statistical, dosimetric, analytical. Results: in accordance with national basic safety standards OSPU-2005 and NRBU-97, critical groups subject to IDM and extent of necessary control were identified. A plan of implementation was developed for professional groups depending on level of expected exposure for routine and emergency irradiation. Basic requirements for information storage are formulated with durations of mandatory storage. Implementation is an analytical information for Health Ministry of Ukraine.
