Purpose: development of biophysical methods for identification of contents of transuranic elements (TUE) in a human organism according to measurements of contents of TUE radionuclides in bioassay samples. Methods: mathematical, radiochemical, spectrometric. Results: methodical approaches for the analysis of results of measurements of the bioassay samples, directed on identification of the facts of incorporation of radionuclides of Tue are developed. Periodicity and capacity of necessary measurements which should be carried out at various ways of intake of TUE radionuclides to an organism of workers are proved. Trial exploitation of the developed methods of identification of the facts of intake of TUE radionuclides which form of the internal exposure exceeding the established investigation (1 mSv) is executed. The developed methods of identification of the facts of intake of TUE radionuclides are planned to use during development of procedures of calculations of an effective dose of internal exposure associated with the identified facts of incorporation of specified radionuclides.
