Classification of standard library units required for power simulators has been conducted; defined and elaborated are the library software components implemented in the Microsoft Visual Studio Net medium. The component software basis will hereinafter allow to develop structures of typical submodels which reflect operation of standard amalgamated units of simulator systems. Thus, the whole process of constructing the training simulators may be simplified for the expert technologists so that it requires just to apply the appropriate software components, and to combine them into a single structure.
