The purpose of the work - the temperature determination of unsoldering of high pure corundum ceramic joints, produced by means of oxide solders, and their thermal reliability determination. Methods of researches - thermal stability of high pure corundum ceramic joints was determined by means of heat cycling according to regime 20-1000-20 C; vacuum-density of joints was determined by helium leak detector ПТИ-10. The influence of loading on temperature unsoldering of joints is investigated. It is determined, that it depends on loading value, and temperature interval in which the failure of joint takes place, depends on the chemical composition of solder and presence in it of polyphase crystal structure. It is established, that the value of thermal stability depends on the temperature and time of soldering, and also on the crystal structure of used oxide solder and residual glassphase in it. Joints based on solders with polyphase crystal structure have the best thermal stability and constant amount of thermal cycles which they maintained before the loss of vacuum- density. Vacuum-density of joints and influence on it of technological parameters of the soldering is investigated. It is established, that vacuum-density of joints reaches its maximal value while following regimes of soldering: 30 minutes curing, temperature of soldering is 10 - 20°С higher than temperature of oxide solder fusion.The carried out researches taking to account earlier received results have allowed to produced soldered samples from high pure corundum ceramics and to establish boundary conditions for their operation: temperature of application 995-1320°С depending on solder composition, thermal stability - amount of cycles (20-1000-20°С) 20 - 60 depending on used solder.5635 Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
