The purpose of the work: revision of corundumsiliconcarbide concrete mix composition for thermal aggregates lining and output of pilot batches.Methods of researches are thermal- and physical-mechanical, chemical and petrographic.Laboratory researches on perfection of the production technology of corundumsiliconcarbide concrete mix for thermal aggregates lining are executed. The influence of material and grain composition on properties of corundumsiliconcarbide castable is investigated. It is established, that use of 4 fractional compositions of filler from corundum of 3-0,5 mm fraction is more efficient. The influence of formation way on properties of corundumsiliconcarbide castable is investigated. It is established, that reception of castables by means of vibrocasting allows to increase properties factors of castable. The influence of fireclay content of 4-1 grade on properties of corundumsiliconcarbide castable is investigated. It is established, that replacement of 4-1 grade clay on vibrogrinded alumina promotes little increase of strengthening factors of castable either before thermal treatment, or after it.
