The purpose of the work - revision of production technology of silicon nitride bonded silicon carbide products and output of pilot batches. Methods of researches are physical-mechanical, chemical and petrographic, thermalphysic, electron-microscopic. The influence of alumina materials additions (electrofused corundum, alumina of ГК grade and reactive alumina of СТС-40 grade) on complex binder synthesis from silicon nitride and sialon and on thermal resistance of refractories is investigated. It is established, that the optimal is the addition of reactive alumina of СТС-40 grade, providing high thermal resistance of refractory, as well as maximal reaction completeness of complex binder synthesis. The technology is finished off and the test sample of product on the complex binder is produced. It is established, that the latter has higher thermal resistance and oxidation resistance in comparison with silicon nitride bonded products. The trial lots of silicon nitride bonded silicon carbide products in amount of orders were produced. To continue the work towards production technology improvement of silicon carbide products on the complex binder as well as firing mastering in stationary hermetic muffles.
