The purpose of the work - revision of production technology of aluminum silicate bonded silicon carbide products and output of pilot batches. Methods of researches are physical-mechanical, chemical and petrographic. The influence of ПАВ amount and humidity on flowability of thixotropic silicon carbide mass with aluminum silicate and alumina additions is investigated. It is established, that the highest masses flowability, containing clay, is reached at 7,2-7,3% humidity and 0,007% ГКЖ-11Н addition, and for masses, containing reactive alumina, - at 5,5-6,0% humidity and 1% of dispersive alumina. The influence of silicon and ferrosilicon additions on properties of vibrocast refractory samples is investigated. It is established, that 3% silicon addition or 0,5 ferrosilicon addition promotes the increase of SiC mass proportion in refractory by 2-4%, the increase of strength and density. The optimal technologicalparameters are established and the test sample of aluminum silicate bonded silicon carbide product is produced by means of vibrocasting, which is characterized by apparent density - 2,60-2,61 g/sm3, crushing strength - 100-110 MPa, SiC mass proportion - 86%.
