The choice of the place of its creation is connected with the necessity of spatial mutual shielding of the receiving and transmitting (РТ-70) antennas in the mode of OSG sounding by time continual signals (pulses of duration from hundreds micro seconds to type "continuous carrier" signal), capable to make impossible the process of reception at the expense of direct congestion of the receiving channel. Creation and the further stage-by-stage update of the prototype of the receiving complex is a component of the problem; the purpose of work is obtaining OSG data by their surveillance. The final result of work - surveillance of signals of space radio sources (or OSG signals) in radiometer mode and preparation for measurements in the mode of reception of signals reflected by the OSG "illuminated" by antenna PT-70 in a band of the reception channel of the complex (in the mode of primary processing - digital conversion).
