The purpose of the work was to study: -the influence of exudates of cultural ambiences of mushroom Chaetomium globossum Kunze:Fr on syntheses of sterols at beer yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae; -the influences of different concentrations of NaF and exudates of the worms Eisenia fetida on the root and coleoptyle growth, on root excretion intencity and on the amount of the root border cells at 1-day seedlings of the wheat "Doneckaya-49"; -the influence of mode of bedabbling and of density of growing onvelocity of the growing the root and coleoptyle growth, on intencity of root excretion of 1-day seedlings of barley "Skarlet"; -the influences of exudates of worms Eisenia fetida on dynamy of the growth of one-celled algae Dunaliella viridis. In process of the work it was revealled that: -exudates of Chaetomium globossum actuate the syntheses of ergosterol in yeast; -NaF inhibites the growth of the root, actuates root excretion and enlarges the amount of the root border cells in root apex of 1-day seedlings of the wheat; -exudates of Eisenia fetida inhibite the growth of the root and coleoptyle, and influence on intencity of root excretion of 1-day seedlings of the wheat and on dynamy of the growth of Dunaliella viridis; -the mode of bedabbling and density of growth of barley influences upon on the growth of the root and coleoptyle, intencity of root excretion at 1-day seedlings of barley.
