Obtained results and novelty: It was establish the very slight effect of micellar medium of sodium dodecylsulfate on the absorbtion spectra of studied substances (2-hydroxybenzoic acid, 4- hydroxybenzoic acid, their esters (methyl, ethyl, propyl, butyl) and benzdiazepin derivatives (diazepam, nitrazepam, oxazepam, lorazepam). The effect of micellar medium on the acid-base properties of protolytic substances is more expressed. The ionization constants dependence on surfactant concentration in sodium dodecylsulfate solutions was used for the determination of binding constants by micellar pseudophase of 2-hydroxybenzoic acid, 4- hydroxybenzoic acid, and benzdiazepin derivatives (diazepam, gidazepam, lorazepam).Earlier developed model of sorbate microenvironment change in micellar liquid chromatography (MLC) was applied to describe the separation data of 4- hydroxybenzoic acid esters by MLC. It was found, that sorbate hydrophobicity characteristics is correlated with the intercept and parameter that characterize the increasing of modifier amount in sorbate microenvironment in its transferring from mobile to stationary phase. For the first time the micellar eluents was used to caffeine, theobromin and theophyllin separation by thin-layer chromatography method. The technique of identification and semi-quantitative determination of caffeine in blood serum with using of micellar eluents was developed. The advantages of micellar eluent in comparison with water-organic solvents were described.Field of application: the chemical and pharmaceutical analysis, chromatography.
