A comparative analysis of different approaches is carried out to economically validate S(N)SP of Ukraine. A brief analysis of technological provision of the rocket-and-space branch of Ukraine is conducted in accordance with a generalized definition of technology as an information wich is necessary for development, production and utilization of definite products. The SSPU structure is developed as a result of gathering and generalization of proposals from enterprises and institutions.
