This is justified by real practice which differs from this formulation, as SPC of Ukraine, SMC of Ukraine, the Main Department of the MLA Ukraine state service, the MD of Ukraine are subordinated to the President of Ukraine. It could be understandable to correct this drawback making the above mentioned central bodies of the executive power subordinated to the CMU. It is worth mentioning that along the modern classification there are three kinds of central bodies of executive power (CBEP): ministries, state committees, CBEP with special status of existence of the given classification complicates the activity of BEP in general and its coordination from CMU. Taking this into account we suggest to limit CBEP with two types of bodies, i.e. ministries andstate committees and to turn the CBEP with special status into respective departments at ministries and state committees.
