Data about direct effect of oxidant homeostasis on kidney tissues and on erythropoiesis regulating mechanism are obtained. It was shown in experiments in vivo and in vitro that serotonin in concentrations close to physiological ones is antioxidant and thus takes part in erythropoiesis regulation. It was stated that concentration of blood and kidney serotonin depends on filling of spleen with blood. It was proved that by means of depositing function of spleen interaction between systems of blood circulation and hematosis is provided.
