The issues of overcoming the split between ethics and gnoseolody auxiology and phylosophy of science are studied. The conclusion is made that for a man the most important is the change of worldvision and mentoligy. The author study the issues of the worldvision about the place of a man sense of his life, development of concept about values perception of man's activity.
