The following has been developed: a 3D model of viscous flow in the delivery pipeline and the reducer; and a program-controlled computing system for estimating the gas flow rate in off-design service regimes. A complex of numerical analyses have been carried out on the model and the results obtained have been analysed. The following has been implemented: adaptation to valid standards of the program-controlled computing system for investigating reducers, and system identification by results of in-situ gas measurements in pipeline No. 1 at gas-distributing station "Borispol?".
