Detail spectroscopic investigation of the X-ray source 4U 2206+54 showed that it is an О9.5V star and is not belong of the X-ray double systems but most probably is an helium-rich magnetic star whose X-ray radiation is appeared in the magnetoshere of the star. Long-term spectroscopic monitoring of the peculiar Be star XX Oph that took place in the period before and during the deep photometrical minimum let us found principal variability of the spectrum that can be explained by eclipsing of the subdwarf star with the expanded envelope by the cool giant. Spectroscopic observations of the massive double system with the black hole secondary Cyg X1 let us found long-term variations of the radius and the temperature of the optical component. Such variability of the star probably has noticeable influence on X-ray activity of the relativistic component. Using long-term observations of the X-raydouble systems in the Crimean Astrophysical Observatory it was investigated parameters of the optical components, their activity and influence of the disc density on X-ray activity of the neutron star components.
