Measurements were done for CO and NOx amount in flue gases at different technological conditions of coke oven batteries. these measurements were carried out in each battery flues by German gas analyser "Testo - 350". The analysis of environmental and heat engineering state of cjke batteries and obtained data about pollutants (NOx and CO) allow to make the conclusion that wastes of NOx from coke oven batteries at OJSC "Kry vorozhstal" are within the branch technological standard for wastes. The amount of CO in wastes exceeds such standard considerably. The works is recommended to carry out optimisation actions for the heating condition of coke oven batteries.
