The feasibility study of the centralized reactive power compensation system in the 0.4 kV-network is implemented that enable the electric power payment decreasing, life span and reliability enhancement of electrical equipment, reduction of costs on repair and retrofitting of electrical networks. The power quality indices monitoring in the 6 kV-network of substation № 25 and 0.4 kV-networks of the production units № 121, 139, 119 of JSC "MZTM" is performed.
