The aim of work - development of out-furnace technology treatment of alloy steel by argon and cored belt, directed to decreasing non-metallic inclusions and hydrogen in ingots and forgings. Methods of investigation: conveyed of experiments on blowing steel in the ladle by argon and cored belt injection, statistical analysis of production heats. Results of the investigation: it is developed the technology of out-furnace complex treatment of steel in ladle by argon with posterior introduction in metal cored belt with special filler. It is determined that in result of such treatment, on account of decreasing gas-content of metal and changing quantity and character of non-metallic inclusions, experimental metal has level of impact strength at mines 60?C on 25-28 % higher in comparison with metal of current production.
