Subject of researches - a conceptual history and transformation of philosophy and tasks of marketing. The purpose of research - a theoretical substantiation of modern directions of marketing science and practice, the empirical proof of occurring processes and on this basis development of a complex of diagnostic tools and the practical recommendations necessary for maintenance of acceptance of strategic and tactical decisions. Method of research - theoretical generalizations (depth of information search - 5-10 years), statistical-analytical, psychographic, a method of scientific abstraction, research experiment, creation primary and use of secondary information files. Computer processing of the information and the licensed software. System of the decided tasks and scientific novelty of the received results: 1. Scientific generalization is executed and the maintenance of modern scientific schools of the marketing, necessary for creation of system of methodological principles of formation of technologies of social-ethic marketing is opened. 2. Modelling use of strategic marketing decisions by the Ukrainian enterprises is executed and the conclusion about the generated tendencies in use of marketing philosophy is received. 3. Conceptual positions of modern social-ethic marketing as bases of methodology of technological decisions are formulated. 4. Modern marketing technologies are typified and the estimation of an opportunity of their social-ethic orientation is submitted. The conclusion about barriers of practical use of such technologies is formulated. 5. New directions of strategic marketing decisions for conditions of globalization of economy are theoretically generalized and on this basis the methodical complex for diagnostics of situations of use of strategic and tactical decisions in new directions of modern marketing is developed. Practical result of the first stage of researches is the complex of diagnostic methodical tools and practical recommendations on use of new marketing technologies and principles social этичности. The urgency of work is provided with connection of a problem of research with a task of introduction of the newest directions of marketing in practice of the enterprises of Ukraine.
