Human blood erythrocytes, model lipid and protein-lipid membranes were chosen as objects of investigation. UHF radiation has been shown to have no significant effect on hemosome stability. Using the fluorescent probe technique the evidences of the changes of membrane structural state as well as its physical parameters have been obtained. It has been shown that there is a strong correlation between membrane sensitivity to the electromagnetic field and lipid bilayer composition. During the investigation of erythrocyte reaction on the irradiation it was revealed that UHFradiation induces the increase of their sphericity index and gives rise to the membrane fluidity.
