It has been found that the most characteristic are igneous risks such as fires and explosions. The conditions when such accidents are brought about have been determined and scenarios of their origin and development predicted. Simulating of accidents and their conse-quences has shown that the risks are possible for life and health of people, property of physical and legal persons outside plant limits as well as harmful effect on environment. Severity and con-sequences of possible accidents have been determined, and also the possible damage in physical terms and monetary value. Probabilistic estimate of possible risks has been made and those being within the acceptable range determined. Recommendations have been elaborated for risk reduc-tion and management.
