The main goal of the work is the final edition of normative documents for the efficiency increasing of material and technical resources usage with their optimization. The method of direct calculation and analytical method for the definition of material and technical resources usage norm were used during the research. The main tasks of the work are realized by the generalization of theoretical thoughts and practical experience of development, agreement, approvement and implementation of material and technical resources usage norms for providing the continious production process with the minimal necessary inventories in on enterprise's warehouses. To fulfill these tasks the approbation of the developed methodology for the definition of scientifically proved material and technical inventories norms on the enterprises of oil and gas industry of Ukraine.
