Goal of the work is the study of clinical characteristics of the above mentioned diseases of children and teenagers of different ages and sex. Methods of research: statistic, epidemiological, clinical, bacteriological, immuno-morphological and questioning. Patients with syphilis, trichomoniasis and chlamydiosis were questioned in Lugansk, Chernivtsi and Kharkiv regions. The clinical characteristics of children and teenagers with syphilis -130 patients (25 patients - in Chernivtsi region, 82 patients - in Lugansk region, 18 patients - in Kharkiv region) and the patients with trichomoniasis - 176 (36 patients in Chernivtsi region, 34 patients in Lugansk region, 102 patients in Kharkiv region) were studied as well as 18 patients with chlamydiosis in Chernivtsi region. In total, 324 children and teenagers who were treated at the . dermatological and venereal clinics. Factors which facilitate the early sexual life of teenagers with venereal diseases are the following: education in non complete family, in condition of economic and psychological discomfort , wish of teenagers to correspond to "the norms of conduit" of micro-social group environment, absence of family and the place of residence or nomadic life.
