The aim of the study is the investigation of molecular-genetic mechanisms of allergic dermatoses and development of new methods of their diagnostic and therapy. The methods of study are clinical, immunologic, biochemical, and molecular-biologic ones. It is shown that a level of the immune complex in the blood sera of patients with allergic dermatitis and in the blood sera of patients with eczema it is authentic above parameters of control group. In group of patients with atopic dermatitis the decrease of the phagocyte activity of neutrophyls is revealed. In group of patients with eczema the tendency to decrease of the phagocyte activity is observed. In group of patients with atopic dermatitis the concentration of sIgА and contents of the common serum IgА are authentically lowered in comparison with the control. It is shown that in the blood sera of patients with atopic dermatitis the content of antibodies of class G to Candidaparapsilosis is authentic above parameters of control group. In group of patients with psoriasis the expressed increase of a level of antibodies of a class A to Candida parapsilosis is revealed. In the blood sera of patients with allergic dermatitis and atopic dermatitis, eczema but not psoriasis the content of antibodies of class G to Candida albicans is authentic above parameters of control group. Conditions of long storage of pure culture of Candida albicans in a collection of branch of the National museum of pathogenic microorganisms are design at Institute of dermatology and venereology AMSU. It is offered three useful models for increase of efficiency of therapy of patients with allergodermatosis.5635 Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
