Object of research: 95 dermatomycoses sick by various forms and multi-coloured depriving, a blood, urine, fingernails, cultures of fungi. Methods: clinical, mycological, immunologic, biochemical, statistical. Experimental studying onycholytic agents is lead and optimum concentration of urea (35 %) for the most expressed onycholytic actions of a preparation is established. It is studied antifungal action on cultures of fungi and therapeutic efficiency at sick is certain by various mycoses of the ointment containing clotrimazol on the advanced basis. Diameter of zones of a growth inhibition of fungi under action of an agent reaches from 38 up to 74 mm that testifies to high fungicidal activity of a preparation. Therapeutic efficiency at application of ointment makes 96,8 % at sick of fungic diseases of a skin. It is studied antifungal action on cultures of fungi and therapeutic efficiency at sick is certain by various mycoses of the domestic cream containing terbinafine. Diameter of zones of a growth inhibition of fungi under action of an agent reaches from 38 up to 79 mm that testifies to very high fungicidal activity of a preparation. Therapeutic efficiency is reached at 93,75 % sick by fungic diseases of a skin. At application of the domestic spray containing terbinafine, the effect has been reached at 29 sick (96,7 %), that testifies to high therapeutic efficiency of the given agent. Complex methods of treatment sick by dermatomycoses and keratomycoses with use of domestic preparations are developed: the ointment containing clotrimazol on the advanced basis,a cream and a spray containing terbinafine. The algorithm of external treatment sick is developed by various dermatomycoses and keratomycoses (multi-coloured deprive).
