The real and imaginary branches of a dispersion spectrum of symmetric type waves on a waveguide thickness are calculated. Effects of existence induced quasi-static magnetic field at pure shear horizontal polarized wave movements on elastoequivalent directions of a layer are established. Estimations of difference of spectra of elastic and magnetoelastic waves on elastic symmetry directions in a layer of cobalt fluoride are given. Generalization of a method of dynamic homogeneous solu-tions in a three-dimensional problem of excitation of electro- and magnetoelastic waves in a low-symmetric anisotropic layer is con-structed.
