A research object is an order of forming of charges of productions at forming of prime price of works and services of AEK "Kyivenergo". The methods of supervision, grouping, design, synthesis and abstractly-logic analysis, economic-statistical methods, were used. The audit of charges of productions of AEK "Kyivenergo", analysis and estimation of accordance of prices (tariffs), is conducted on a production and consumption fuel of power resources. Suggestions are developed in relation to providing of transparency of tariff policy and recommendation on forming of unit, works and services cost on AEK "Kyivenergo".
