The research goal is to analyze the quality of the current navigation parameters measured by GS CCTRL for the Microsputnik satellite with the aim to reveal the features affecting the accuracy in determination of spacecraft orbital parameters. The methods of spacecraft ballistics, statistical evaluation of parameters on experimental data are used. Anomalous, systematic and fluctuating errors of measurement are analyzed for all sessions of measurement of Microsputnik navigation parameters; the synchronism of the radial speed and the distance into the circuit and between circuits is studied. The preliminary effort is undertaken in the development of the work station (purchase of equipment and its installation).
