It is established, that for manufacture cold-rolled strips in width 1000 - 1250 mm from steels such as 08кп are possible and expedient for using hot-rolled strips increased (on 5 - 16,7 %) thickness. Modes cold rolling of strips in width 1000 - 1250 mm on four-mill stand 1680 of the hot-rolled strips the increased thickness are developed.The increase hot-rolled strips thickness by manufacture cold-rolled strips with width 1000 - 1250 mm from steels type 08 кп allows: to expand opportunities of use four-stand mill of cold rolling at insignificant (on 5,7 %) increase in the specific charge of electric energy; to increase productivity НТЛС hot rolling 1680 by 60,3 thousand tones in a year; to reduce losses of metal at etching, to increase productivity НТА and to raise stability of properties cold-rolled strips hire.
